The house is newly painted, has a new roof, new front deck, newer windows, and a remodeled porch. Also included are all new upper-scale kitchen appliances and a brand new Samsung washer and dryer combo.

All furniture is either brand new, or sourced from the antique stores in the area. The two bedrooms are medium sized,  and large flat screen TVs and brand new Green Tea memory foam mattresses (super comfy!)

The house has three remote controlled A/C units- one in each bedroom, and one in the living room. They can turn the house into a meat locker on the hottest day if you wish!

The living room and dining area are relatively small but very functional with a ceiling fan and another large flatscreen smart TV.

The bathroom is a full bath with a tub, and all hot water is powered by a tankless heater for long showers.

The entire property is for you during your stay.

There is a detached mother-in-law unit/ADU behind the main house with a very quiet semi-retired chef as a long term renter. He is 67 years old and only drives a scooter (parking is all yours). He has had a full background check and there are no criminal records on him whatsoever.

This "Old Florida" bungalow was once a farm house built in 1937 on a horse farm. The farm is gone now, but the style and feel of the house is still there. Close to everything and centrally located, this peaceful property is ideal for people looking for a relaxing home away from home. 

Enjoy the brand new appliances, new paint, roof and furniture. Sit in the 325 sq ft porch watching a 55inch TV, listening to the 4ft tall fountain surrounded by lush plants.

- **Katara Belton-Sharp**: "I was reported to Airbnb and they determined that I violated the community guidelines by having 10 guests over to look at anatomy on the porch for 2 days. They each drove their own car so there were 11 cars in the driveway and the community was not happy. We were NOT blasting music, there was absolutely NO alcohol on the premises and everyone was gone by 5pm day 1 and by 3pm on day 2. Day 1, the host stopped by with a cop. To which he messaged after “sorry for assuming” once he saw we were learning. He then turned around the very next day and said we can’t have the cars there -  so we moved them like he asked but why did he not mention the car disturbance Day 1? He also mentioned there are no cameras on the property but they have multiple properties on that street that need attention so they’ll be driving by you, checking in. I felt watched, uncomfortable and my trip was ruined. Oh also the neighbor has a pitbull dog that drags around a cabbage patch doll in the front yard. Beware" (4/5)
