We've stayed in multiple homes in the New Smyrna Beach area over the years, and we all agreed this one is our favorite so far! Equipped with everything we needed for cooking, walking to and playing at the beach (SO close, just like the photos - 1 min!), and generally relaxing between outings. The water pressure was wonderful and the outdoor shower was so helpful! We spent half of our trip staying with family and the other half at this condo; my husband and I both wish we had stayed here the entire time! Will definitely try to book this place again the next time we are in the area. Thank you so much!

We love the experience and the place was great. So quite. Beautiful beaches across the street and down the road at the national seashore. The place was great but the bed needs to be replaced. Other than that is was awesome.

This was my second time staying here and it was an even better stay than the last. Everything was clean and so well put together, I’m glad to have returned and look forward to another weekend in the future🙌🏾

We loved this stay! We brought our boat and docked it in the backyard. The whole trip was extremely smooth and we will definitely be back.

we enjoyed the stay and the property, which was very impressive...the location was great also. it was peaceful, although there was a bit of construction going on (a little noisy) but we were there during weekdays. another thing was the spider webs in the patio, but the impressive property and location made up for that. definitely would go back again

We had a wonderful stay in Port Orange! It was the perfect location for our family, with easy access to beautiful beaches, parks, and great day trips. The area was peaceful, clean, and had plenty of excellent restaurants and local attractions nearby. Dont miss the ice cream at Neighbors just a mile a way. We made some fantastic memories and would happily return again!

This is a great location for a getaway to New Smyrna Beach. Very convenient in respect to the restaurants and the beach. Everything was less than 15 minutes at an affordable rate. The space definitely matches the photos, and my friends and I had a great experience overall. The host was super responsive, and she was able to help us out immediately. Be mindful there is only one bathroom available. Overall, a great space and I would stay here again

Our location was perfect for easy walks to the beach and nearby food and drink. Also short rideshares to even more. Exactly what we were looking for.

I had a great 4 night stay. Great location with the beach right across the road. Shiran always responded to my questions very quickly. The room was clean, the AC was great, and hands down has the comfiest bed of any Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. I would definitely stay here again!
