There is room to park a small to medium size boat (up to 21ft), or a kayak, motorcycle or other trailer while still having parking for two cars. You will be close to grocery stores (Publix, Winn Dixie and Aldi), more restaurants than we can list here, not to mention banks, stores, etc. And, did we mention the drive-on beaches, canal district, dog beaches, dog parks, boat and kayak launches, public piers (within walking distance), Cape Canaveral, Kennedy Space Center, Daytona Beach, world renowned Mosquito Lagoon for fishing, one hour drive to Orlando, hour and a half to St Augustine, Manatee viewing at Merrit Island National Wildlife Refuge. You have access to the entire property during your stay. We are close by in New Smyrna to help if needed, but otherwise we will not bother you.
