Fenced Yard, Trailer Parking, Steps from River

This is a great location for a getaway to New Smyrna Beach. Very convenient in respect to the restaurants and the beach. Everything was less than 15 minutes at an affordable rate. The space definitely matches the photos, and my friends and I had a great experience overall. The host was super responsive, and she was able to help us out immediately. Be mindful there is only one bathroom available. Overall, a great space and I would stay here again

The home was as described and had everything we expected. Unfortunately, the A/C stopped working during our stay, and with the Florida heat, it made the house uncomfortable and unsafe for our family. Workers came out to try to repair it but were unable to fix the issue.What was most disappointing was the lack of communication afterward. Once it was clear the A/C could not be repaired, the host stopped responding and did not offer a refund or a reasonable resolution. While the property itself matched the listing, the way this situation was handled left us with a very negative experience
