Oak Hill is a quiet town but close to everything—20 minutes to New Smyrna Beach, and near Canaveral National Seashore. You’ll have full private access to the entire property, including the home, pool, pond, pier, gazebo, and all parking areas. We live about 25 min away, and won't bother you :). However we close enough to help out if you need anything. You must be 25 years or older to book this property. ***There is a train track close to the house, and you will see trains and experience some noise- some people like it, and some don't.
