This home is about 1400 sq ft and has two bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom with private bath has a king bed with a new comfy mattress. The guest bedroom features two twin beds and a connected full bath as well. The home is adequately stocked and has all major appliances. Bring nothing but your clothes, groceries and something to cook out on the propane grill with. The community is quiet and consists of mostly retired people year round and snowbirds in the winter. There are two community pools, a community boat launch, pickle ball and a large community pier. Do to HOA restrictions, there is a 50 lbs dog size limit. We currently have a total adult guest total of two. Up to two children are also welcome, but keep in mind this property may not suitable for small children due to its proximity to the water. There are no gates that prevent toddlers from falling into the waterway. Key Box Boat lift is currently not available for use, but you can tie off on the dock.
